Body The Center is now open three days a week. We are serving lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We offer dine-in, carry-out or delivery. On Wednesdays we will be selling meals to go for $5. Meals on Tuesdays and Thursdays are $7.

Lockney Senior Center News

Body The Center will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 22 thru Monday, Jan. 3 for the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. We will NOT be serving breakfast til further notice. The Center is available for rentals for your dances, reunions, baby showers.

Lockney loses last WWII vet Colvin laid to rest last Thursday with military honors

Body Funeral services were held at Lockney Cemetery for Floyd County’s last surviving World War II veteran on Dec. 2 in Lockney. Lon Charner Colvin passed away at age 95 on Nov. 26. He received a military burial performed by Ed Marks, American Legion Post 141. Rev.
