Edmond Aldine (Dean) Williams, Jr., 1955–2024
age 69, of Floydada, passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2024 in Lubbock.
A graveside service was held at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at Carr’s Chapel Cemetery.
Arrangements were under the personal care of MooreRose Funeral Home of Floydada.
Edmond Aldine Williams, Jr. was born August 6, 1955, to Aldine Williams and Wanda Huckabee in Lubbock. He lived in Floydada all his life and attended school there. He was a true Floydada Whirlwind. He wore a Floydada Whirlwind sweatshirt every day. He loved football, and he loved his dog Sam.
He is preceded in death by his father, Aldine Williams, and his sister Linda Hinsley.
Dean is survived by his mother, Wanda Williams, and sister Sarah Hinsley of Floydada, along with nieces, nephews and cousins.
