LIZ ADAMS | HESPERIAN-BEACON Floyd County women are invited to join an evening of support and empowerment hosted by the Serrato Sisters trio at their downtown Floydada venue. Ladies Night 2025 will take place in Floydada this Saturday from 7 to 10 p.m. at 214 S. Main Street.

Floydada Coop Gin ginned the first bale of cotton in Floydada and Floyd County on Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025 at 12:10 p.m.The dryland cotton was grown by producers S&J Farms (Steve Lloyd and Shane Lloyd), on the Home Place Dryland farm.
