A busy start to April on the South Plains
Floyd County music legend Lucy Dean Record was the honored guest speaker at the March 19 Floydada Lions Club noon luncheon meeting at the Floydada Methodist church. Record recounted stories of her life and her deep belief in God. She was happy to play some of her piano favorites, and the audience’s favorites on the piano to everyone’s most appreciative applause.
