Body Students at Floydada’s A.B. Duncan Elementary repeated as the 2022 District Champions in the UIL Academic meet, held Dec. 7, 2022 in Sudan. There were eight districts represented at the meet, which includes Lockney, Ralls, New Deal, Olton, Smyer, Hale Center and Sudan.

Body Lockney started the week hosting a strong Muleshoe basketball program. The action started with the Lady Horns hosting the 5-3 Lady Mules. The Lady Horns maintained the momentum throughout the game, only falling behind in scoring in the second quarter by one point.

Body ALMOST TO STATE The Floydada FFA AG Advocacy Team had a great year of competition this year. They were one win from advancing to the State tournament. At the Area competition the week before Thanksgiving they came in 3rd out of 12 and 1 away from advancing to the state contest.
