Jr., 84, of Floydada, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, August 9, 2023.

Mass will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, September 1, 2023 at the St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church in Floydada, followed by burial at the Floydada Cemetery.

Victor was born March 6, 1939 in Flatonia, Texas. He moved to Floydada from Hale Center and was a retired farmer.

Victor was a member of the St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church.

He was known around town for cruising his black Pontiac Grand Am and looking sharp in his pressed clothes, and Stacy Adams.

His smile, sense of humor, and laugh will be missed by all who loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Margaret and Victor Herrera; his sisters Mary Herrera Billegas, Emilia Herrera Jasso, Agnes 'Inez' Herrera Juarez, and Gloria Cavazos; and his brothers, Simon Herrera, Jesse Herrera, Gregorio Herrera, and Jose Herrera.

Victor is survived by his two sisters, Beatrice Barrera of El Campo and Margaret Sanchez of Plainview, and numerous nieces and nephews.
