STATE JOURNALISM TEAM Floydada Collegiate High School senior Noah Fierros was recognized at the state level as a member of the 2026 UIL All-State Journalism Team. To earn this honor, he competed and placed at the invitational, district and regional levels, compiling almost 70 points. To qualify, students must have earned 50 points by participating in UIL contests as well as ILPC and similar journalism contests at the local, state and national levels.
