Post Dispatch wins Sweepstakes in its division
SWEEPSTAKES WINNER in Division 10, the state’s smallestcirculation weekly newspapers, was The Post Dispatch, a first for the Garza County newspaper. Claiming the honors for the Dispatch was sports journalist Russ Morris ( above, at the awards luncheon in Dallas June 20). Sweepstakes is awarded to the competing newspaper with the highest score of points won that year in all coverage categories.
