Recent events with the hindrance of Floydada Volunteer Fire Department’s response to a large fire prompted a reminder by the fire department to all members of the public.
The department said that there were gravel trucks blocking the roadway, which potentially violates Texas Transportation Codes §545.156, 545.302 and 42.03.
