Jim and Denise Doucette of Lockney, Texas, are happy to announce the engagement of their son, Patrick Anthony Doucette to Iris Raquel Jiron Montenegro, daughter of Marling Jiron and Carmen Montenegro and her son, Eduardo Ernesto, seven years old, of Ocotal, Nicaragua.
Patrick and Iris met at Texas A & M University, College Station while attending graduate school.
