Grain Grading Workshop set for Aug. 12-13 in Canyon

Body The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will host two single-day grain grading workshops on Aug. 12 and Aug. 13 at the West Texas A&M Ag Pavilion, 600 WTAMU Drive, Canyon.The workshop runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day and is open to anyone interested in grain grading.

Body Floyd County crowned new royalty Saturday, June 20. This year, the county doubled its representation by selecting queens from both Lockney and Floydada. The new Miss Lockney is Caelyn Jimenez, and the new Miss Floydada is Tiffiny Perez.
