The Lockney Friends and Neighbors Center at 118 W. College St., formerly known as the Lockney Senior Center, has closed permanently as of September 1, 2025. The Friends and Neighbors had rebranded in August 2024 to continue the mission of providing healthy, low-cost meals at lunchtime, especially for senior citizens but open to all.
