Floydada Chamber recognizes Ludustia Prisk as Citizen of the Year

    Ludustia Prisk, lovingly known to many as “Lulu,” was born on July 22, 1970 in Floydada, Texas to Jerry and Martha Leather-man. The youngest of three siblings, she grew up alongside her brother, John Leatherman, and her sister, Stacy Reeves. A proud graduate of Floydada High School, Ludustia achieved the honor of salutatorian for the Class of 1988.
