Floydada City Council approves water, sewer rates in September meeting, adopt tax rates and budget

In the regular monthly meeting of the Floydada City Council on Sept. 9, council members voted unanimously to approve the HOT Funds request from the Floydada Youth Iron Man Tackle Football League.
