The postseason recognition continues to roll in for Abran Castillo as the Floydada senior guard was named to the Class 2A Texas High School Coaches Association Super Elite basketball team.
The THSCA elite teams were named late last week.
Castillo led the Whirlwinds to a 36-6 record as Floydada advanced to the Region 1-2A championship game, falling one win short of reaching the state tournament.
