Body A massive rockslide shut down Farm to Market Road 689 in Floyd County Tuesday morning July 15.The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office contacted the Texas Department of Transportation’s Floydada Maintenance Office at 7:30 a.m. to report the blocked roadway.
