Body The center is now called the Lockney Friends & Neighbors Center. Our motto is…” Bringing the Community Together!”“BINGO NIGHT” held every 2nd Monday of the month at 6 p.m. at the Center (118 W. College Street). Come join us for lots of fun. It’s a $1 per bingo card.

Floydada EDC makes summer business grants in agriculture, local dining

Body The Floydada Economic Development Corporation has had a busy summer, working with local businesses on improvements and upgrades. In June, grants were provided to Papa’s Burritos and the Floydada Livestock Sales.

Body LOCKNEY BARBERSHOP The Lockney Chamber of Commerce sponsored a ribbon cutting last week for a new barbershop opening in Lockney. Lockney Barbershop, with four barbers (Malaki Alvis, Angel Saucedo, Anthony Calderon and Ana Zavala), has opened at 110 N. Main Street in Lockney.
