Body During the regular meeting of the Lockney General Hospital District board of directors Aug. 27, 2025, CEO Vince DiFranco presented the proposed tax rates from the Floyd County Appraisal District for “No New Revenue” and the “Voter Approved Tax Rate” for the next fiscal year.
