Body Spring is certainly in the air, and we are probably all itching to be outdoors. I love seeing my neighbors out and about again. And when the West Texas wind isn’t making an appearance, it’s nice to enjoy the backyard, parks, and going to the lake.

Body The Center is now open three days a week. We are serving lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We offer dine-in, carry-out or delivery. On Wednesdays we will be selling meals to go for $5. Meals on Tuesdays and Thursdays are $7.
