Body Empower is a buzzword. It’s an easy word for politicians to toss around. Has a good sound. Hearing it makes me want to be in control of something. But most of us struggle just to manage our own ordinary lives. Right? What’s left is to at least feel empowered.

Body The Lockney Senior Citizens Center invites everyone for free exercise classes. Classes will be held every Monday and Wednesday at 5 p.m. A certified Zumba instructor will lead class that is designed for everyone at any fitness level.
