Valencia looks forward to opportunity to serve others

Body Bryan Valencia has joined the Floyd County Sheriff’s Department as a deputy and said he looks forward to the opportunity to serve citizens. Valencia has been with the force for approximately two months and has previous law enforcement experience in Lamb County and Plainview.

Body D&J Gin, Inc. of Lockney, Texas, ginned the first bale of cotton in Lockney on Saturday, Oct. 22, 2022 at approximately 3 p.m. The cotton was grown by Garry Burson just west of Lockney. Delta Pine 1822 XF and NexGin 3500XF were two varieties harvested. Results: 32.
