Body A wrong-way vehicle crash east of Matador just after midnight last Wednesday claimed the life of a Floyd County man and seriously injured his wife and the other driver, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety. Roge r Mason , an 80-year-old male from Lake Village, Ark.

Body The newly established Lubbock softball league, a part of Women’s Professional Fastpitch, saw an exciting debut in Floydada last week as the Hub City Adelitas hosted their opening series against the Coastal Bend Tidal Wave, following a scheduling conflict from LSU.
