Last week Lockney Longhorns head coach and athletic director Cory McCombs confirmed he had accepted the position of athletic director at Anson ISD, after a oneseason stint at Lockney.
It was a difficult decision, McCombs said, but I”100% a decision for the family.”
“Lockney has been great to us and we will definitely miss the Longhorns,” said McCombs. “I tried to leave it better than I found it”.
