Floydada Animal Shelter works to keep dogs, cats, humans safe

When Cassandra Garza moved to Floydada in 2018, she had only been here a few months when she came upon a family of dogs near Cone that were abandoned. She didn’t know how she was going to do it, but by herself, she got the whole family of dogs adopted out.
