Body RUSS MORRIS | HESPERIAN-BEACON The Lockney Longhorns powerlifting team took part in the Texas High School Powerlifters Association (THSPA) Region 1 Division 4 Regional meet March 14 at Post ISD.
REGIONAL HONORS Congratulations go to Floydada Collegiate Powerlifting. Azael Gomez and Luis Lopez represented Floydada last week at the regional meet in Post. Azael earned 3rd place in his weight class and set a new regional record in the deadlift for his class. Lopez also competed hard and finished 12th in his weight class. | COURTESY PHOTO
