The Floyd County commissioners court held their regular monthly session on Monday, Dec. 8, 2025. Prior to their regular meeting, commissioners held a public hearing on intention of Floyd County to designate the South Plains Wind Energy Reinvestment Zone, establish the boundaries thereof and provide for an effective date, pursuant to Chapter 312 of the Texas Tax Code.
