Floydada floral shop legacy continues under new owner

Body When Candy Edwards began working with her longtime best friend, Cathy Graham, at Cathy’s Florals and Gifts in Floydada, she didn’t plan on becoming the owner of the business that has been a mainstay in the community for 21 years.
