Body Floydada CISD will hold a silent auction to benefit the families of two of their employees. It will be held at Drink Stop On Main beginning on March 23.Please help the school district support Mae Duran and Liz Garza. Items up for auction are listed below.

Big Top Circus to perform in Floydada

Body No need to run away to see the circus…the circus will come to you! The Culpepper & Merriweather Circus will be in Floydada for two showings on Wednesday, April 8 at 5 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. at the Rodeo Grounds between Tennessee and Georgia Streets.

Body Rilynn Hinsley of the Floydada FFA was the class winner with her ABC Steer at the 2026 Rodeo Austin Livestock Show held March 7–28.

Body Congratulations go to Lockney High School’s One Act Play on their district completion. The troupe finished in 3rd place overall and earned the following awards: Best Lighting; Honorable Mentions to Ryan, Bray, Zummie (silver); and All-Star Cast, Jaime and Siya.

Whirlwinds to play in Ralls Tournament
