The dream began taking shape about three years ago. It is still evolving and continuing to have a positive impact on downtown Floydada.
Yuleida Serrato and her sisters, Yelitza and Yelena, purchased the property in late 2020 and have steadily nurtured it, refurbishing here and upgrading there in eventually bringing it online as an event venue and space for the community.
