Lockney organization provides clothes, opportunities to community members

    When sisters Kayla Sherman and Nichole Schmalzried cofounded The Outcome in 2020, their goal was to serve children and families in Lockney and Tulia.

    The non-profit organization based in Lockney has since grown to offer seasonal events, story time, a clothing closet in Lockney, and other outreach programs.
