    GALVESTON— Floyd County Judge Marty Lucke was recently named a Fellow of the Texas Judicial Academy by the Texas Association of Counties (TAC). The honor recognizes County Judges who go beyond the state's minimum education requirements and show dedication to judicial excellence.
