Police Chief Darrell Gooch received a call from a concerned citizen around 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 16, said Floydada police sergeant Marco Martinez.
The caller reported seeing two individuals dressed in dark clothes and wearing neck gaiter style masks dropped off between the 100 blocks of W. Marivena and W. Jeffie near the Floydada junior high school gym.
