In search of head cheese

Head cheese or souse? By either name, it’s not easy to find.

My supper plan yesterday was to eat some with cucumber slices, salt and vinegar. Yum.

If you don’t know about head cheese, alternatively called “souse,” you’re probably not reading this column. It’s an IYKYK thing. If you don’t know what IYKYK means, ask someone who’s never eaten head cheese.
