Body Plainview’s annual Red, White & Moo Freedom Parade & Milk Fest, along with various other activities, will be held on Saturday, July 1 at the city’s downtown courthouse lawn. Activities will begin with the Red, White & Moo Freedom Parade at 10 a.m.
