Body AUSTIN— The Texas Education Agency’s annual report was released last week. It indicates perstudent funding in the 20212022 school year averaged $14,928 per student, up 42% since 2011.

Lockney High School band students perform well at all-region band auditions

Body The Lockney Band students performed at the all-region band audition last Thursday, Jan. 18. The competition was huge, with more than 1,000 students at the audition. Bryson Klein made the 1A-4A Region Honor Band.
