DOUG HENSLEY | HESPERIAN-BEACON The so-called second season is underway, and it’s exactly what the Floydada boys basketball team has been preparing for since early November.
“It’s the playoffs, and like I tell all my guys, everyone knows if you lose, you head home,” Whirlwinds head coach Eddie Walker said. “Everybody will be playing hard, and I expect us to play hard too.”
