The Lockney Little League held their opening ceremony on Saturday, March 25 at the Little League field.
The 2023 season will run through May with the all-star games to begin in June. This year the league has 138 players and 30 volunteer coaches, according to Marisol Hernandez, Lockney Little League treasurer. There are three T-ball teams, four baseball teams and four softball teams.
