The Texas Department of Transportation is seeking public comment on an electric vehicle infrastructure plan that would add hundreds of new charging stations statewide. Texas will receive a total of $407.8 million in federal funding between fiscal years 2022 and 2026 from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill passed in November 2021 to execute the plan, according to TxDOT’s website.
