    The last day on the job for Lockney's interim police chief, Brent Harrison, was Friday, and that 'pretty well wrapped up' the department's two-year run, according to city manager Buster Poling. Lockney established a standalone department most recently in October 2021 and ended its contract with the county for law enforcement.
