Floyd’s Lucke recognized by TAC UCF board

    AUSTIN— Floyd County Judge Marty Lucke has been recognized by the Texas Association of Counties (TAC) for his distinguished leadership as chair of the TAC Unemployment Compensation Group Account Fund (TAC UCF) board of directors.

    TAC Executive Director Susan M. Redford presented Lucke with a service award in recognition of his leadership during the board’s Nov. 14 meeting in Austin. His term as chair ends Dec. 31.

    Lucke, who has served as Floyd County judge for the past decade, has led the TAC UCF board since 2020. He also recently chaired the Governor’s Broadband Development Council and has held leadership positions on numerous local and regional boards and commissions.
