The Floydada baseball and softball teams celebrated their senior nights last week with winning streaks. The Whirlwinds defeated Lockney 9-5 on Saturday and were to finish their regular season Tuesday versus Hale Center. The Senior Lady Winds closed out their last home game on senior night with an 11-2 win over Lockney and a district championship in softball.
