A massive rockslide shut down Farm to Market Road 689 in Floyd County Tuesday morning July 15.
The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office contacted the Texas Department of Transportation’s Floydada Maintenance Office at 7:30 a.m. to report the blocked roadway.
