    LOCKNEY BAND HONORS On May 3, the Lockney High School Band performed at the Greater Southwest Music Festival in Amarillo, receiving the top possible rating from all three judges. This multiday festival hosts many music groups (bands, orchestras, and choirs) with only a few receiving the top“Outstanding” rating (above Division 1).
