Pamela Tex-Ann Hernandez, 59, of Floydada, Texas, passed away on March 16, 2025.
She was born on May 24, 1965, in Olton, Texas, to William Charles Hill and Alpha Mae Collins. Pamela married Mario Hernandez on July 14, 2007, in Floydada, Texas.
Pamela was a hardworking woman and always full of energy. She will be deeply missed by her friends and loved ones. Pamela was preceded in death by her parents; her son Braxton Roden; her sister Brenda Hill; and three brothers, Roy, Douglas and Micheal Hill.
She is survived by her husband, Mario Hernandez, of Floydada; her son Emory Roden and wife, Kelly, of Nocona, Texas; her brothers Carl Hill of Floydada, Eddie Hawes of San Angelo and David Hill of Lubbock; her sisters Shirley Nichols of Ohio, Alicia Shaw of Jacksonville, Texas, Terry Hill of Cone, Sharlene Fedor of Tyler, Chrystal Rodriguez of Cone, Angela Rangel of Ralls, and Karen Holmes of Rochester, Texas. She also leaves behind two grandchildren, Ryder and Reagan Roden, and one on the way.
A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m., Sunday, April 6, 2025 at the Serrato Sisters Venue in Floydada, Texas.
