GOENANDGROWIN’ The Goen & Goen Insurance office on the Floydada courthouse square at 102 E California Street recently completed an overhaul of its façade, with the help of contractor Quality Exteriors. Work began in mid-May with covering of the old metal, addition of a new awning, and installation of a handsome new front.
