South Plains College’s Workforce Development will offer a basic phlebotomy course starting Sept. 26 (Monday) from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays in Room 124 of the Technical Arts Building. Enrollment is limited to 10 students.
