The Floyd County Old Settlers Reunion honored James (Jim) Huggins as the Pioneer Man of the Year for 2025. Jim was born in Floydada 81 and a half years ago, on December 6, 1943, to Harold and Evelyn Huggins. He was joined by a sister, Sharron, a few years later.
