Longhorns, Lady Horns impress at district track meet

The Lockney Longhorns and Lady Horns track and field teams traveled to Sudan on April 8 to compete in the District 3-2A Track Meet. Lockney competed against teams from Bovina, Farwell, Hale Center, Olton and Sudan.

The top four finishers in each event qualified for the District 3 and 4-2A area meet in Abernathy.
