The Floydada Lady Winds hoops team competed in the Roosevelt Cottonfield Classic over the weekend. The Lady Winds were hoping to avenge their 68-28 loss to Whitharral earlier in the week and build momentum for the rest of the season.Floydada started with a 54-22 loss to Hale Center.
