High Plains Underground Water Conservation District field technicians are now making annual water level measurements, according to a press release by the conservation district. This is to determine the effects of the past year’s pumping from the aquifers in the district.
The district advised drivers to be on the lookout for marked Ford trucks and field tech uniforms.
